Meeting point

This tour will start at Hobbemastraat 18, 1071 ZB Amsterdam right outside next to the toilet entrance of the Cobra Cafe at the Museumplein. The guide will be holding an orange umbrella so you can easily recognize him. In addition, his phone number will be provided when you successfully book a tour. The tour will end inside the museum.

Duration

The tour will take 2 to 2.5 and a half hours.

 

Additional information:

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure of the tour. The guide will have your tickets ready for you. Once the tour has started, you can not join in anymore. Please book this tour online in advance. Umbrellas, suitcases, bags with wheels and large backpacks are not allowed in the museum. Free lockers for your personal belongings are present in the museum. However, there is a possibility that all lockers are taken by other guests at the time the tour starts. On the ground flour of the museum bins in which you can leave your umbrella can be found. Small backpacks are allowed but must be carried on your front while you are inside the museum. Water bottles are allowed to bring in as long as they are kept in your pockets or backpack. Drinking is only allowed in the areas in which no artworks can be found. Taking pictures is allowed but NOT with flash. Touching the artworks, pointing straight towards them or standing very close to them is strictly forbidden.

 

Cancellation Policy

Can you not make it in time? You will get a full refund if you cancel up to 30 hours before the departure time of the tour. If you cancel between 29 and 24 hours before the tour starts, 22,50 euros will be charged. If you cancel in less than 24 hours before the tour starts, the full price of the tour will be charged.
